Natural Bridge Elementay celebrates 50 years of learing in September 2007. The school was comissioned on the 7th Of September 1957 and has served our community for the last 50 years. We have witnessed much change over the years and have adapted seemlessly to meet the many challenges during that time. To bring into perspective some of the changes we have created a sort of collage of pictures with a time line highlighting our experience over the years.

Natural Bridge Elementary School proudly welcomes the challenges of the new school year with great enthusiasm. Our school will be incorporating the Continuous Improvement Model that will regularly assess students for enrichment and remediation based on data-driven decisions.   Our school will be offering additional learning opportunities for all students.  Special tutorial programs to address specific needs will take place before, during, after-school and Saturdays.  Enrichment activities will be provided, such as, Chess Club, Science Club and Chorus.  The staff at Natural Bridge Elementary maintains an open line of communication with all parents. We provide a positive atmosphere which welcomes staff, students, parents as well as all members of the community.

Emphasis on Mathematics and Science

Natural Bridge Elementary is moving full speed ahead in Mathematics and Science. We now have a full time Math and Science Resource Teacher who will be supporting the classroom teachers in all grade levels to make sure our students meet the grade level expectations mandated by the state. Teachers, parents, and students will be engaged in workshops throughout the school year to tackle math and science objectives that will prepare our students for the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT).

Natural Bridge Elementary utilizes the most advanced technology to help our students succeed. Our computer labs have a variety of software in Mathematics and Science for our students to use before, during, and after school.Special events such as field trips, fairs, guest speakers, and contests are also planned for the current school year to enrich, challenge, and provide real life situations that our students will have to face in the areas of mathematics and science.Natural Bridge Elementary is committed to ensuring all of our students are engaged and learning!
